COURSE INTRODUCTION

AIMT Advanced Diploma in Education Management (ADEM) is a degree equivalent programme. This programme is conducted by Asian Institute of Management & Technology (AIMT), which is the national apex body in the field of professional management in Sri Lanka and Asia.

Advanced Diploma in Education Management Programme consists of;

  1. Compulsory / core subjects
  2. 01 Optional subject
  3. Individual Research Project

Career & Academic Progression 

Achieving the Advance Diploma in Education Management (ADEM) & Leadership qualification enables learners to progress into or within employment and/or continue their further study. As this qualification is approved and regulated by SLQFW (Sri Lanka Qualification Frame Work) learners are eligible to progress to Master’s top-up programmes at many universities in the UK and overseas with advanced standing.

Entry Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in any academic field with a diploma or an equivalent qualification

Learner must be 21 years old or older at the beginning of the course

English requirements:  A learner should provide evidence of English language competency

NB: Any other entry qualifications are acceptable subject to the discretionary approval of Academic Syndicate / Board of Management (BOM)
